We are seeking a Residence Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential program serving people with developmental disabilities. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced human services professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability and teamwork, and wants to make a direct impact on the lives of the people we support and the staff who support them.
What You'll Do:
Lead the day-to-day operations of a residential program, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports and a safe, structured home environment Supervise, coach, train, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across all shifts while building staff accountability and engagement Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll review, call-out management, and operational coverage to ensure continuity of care Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, documentation standards, Life Plans, safeguards, billing requirements, and agency policies Build strong working relationships with families, interdisciplinary teams, clinical staff, and community partners to support positive outcomes for the people we support
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in residential, healthcare, or community-based services Strong knowledge of OPWDD regulations, person-centered planning, and positive behavioral supports preferred Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams effectively, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Why Join Us?
