OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable and professional Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations for our rental homes in Northeast Ohio. This flexible, commission-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and taking an active role in the leasing process.

Location:

Akron, Cleveland, and Cleveland Heights Ohio Responsibilities:

Manage tenant communication and respond to inquiries Coordinate and conduct showings for multiple properties Execution of open houses, including outreach to prospective tenants Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process Review prospective tenant applications Maintain a professional and informative presence during all interactions

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Reliable transportation to travel between properties Professionalism and attention to detail

Compensation:

Commission-Based per Successful Tenant Placement. For each successful tenant placement, you will earn a 40% commission of one month's rent. With multiple vacant properties available, there is strong earning potential. Contact us for more details.
