Apartment Property Manager

T&R Properties is seeking a self-motivated, organized, and experienced Property Manager for our apartment communities. The right candidate will have the ability to be a strong, confident, and friendly multifamily professional who knows how to always deliver excellent customer service. Our goal is to always provide a safe environment for our employees. Whereas we require mask-wearing and other safety precautions in certain situations, we do NOT require employees to be vaccinated. Responsibilities:

The desire to walk your community daily! Our managers and leasing professionals are walking apartment homes daily working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard Excitement for organizing and promoting monthly resident events Strong sales and marketing ideas and follow-through A strong eye for detail; our communities and ready apartment homes must be always immaculate to company standard.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years in property management required One year of supervisory experience required Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities Solid interpersonal and customer service skills Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check Valid driver's license and insurance
