Job Description

Located at our Nisbet Property Holdings Company in Kenwwod. Summary
  • Oversees the lease administration process. Coordinates leasing and day-to-day activities with tenants, third parties, and employees. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide property rental information to prospective tenants.
  • Coordinate the lease application process for new tenants.
  • Prepare residential lease documents, meet with tenants to review and execute leases.
  • Accurately maintain lease files, including accurate entry of lease information into Rent Manager.
  • Keep track of all important dates for existing leases and ensure appropriate action is taken in a timely manner.
  • Manage the service request process, including taking calls from tenants, assigning the appropriate staff, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with the Maintenance Department.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, responding promptly to inquiries and issues.
  • Take incoming office phone calls and direct them as necessary.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies and postage.
  • Assist in special events such as the annual picnic and giving holiday presents.
  • Other leasing activities and special projects, as necessary. Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Rent Manager is a plus.
Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
