Position Summary Insight Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations, tenant relations, administrative functions, and overall performance of a growing real estate portfolio. This entry-level position works closely with the Property Manager and operations team to ensure properties are professionally maintained, tenant needs are addressed promptly, and operational goals are achieved. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, capable of managing multiple priorities, and interested in building a long-term career in property management and real estate operations. Key Responsibilities Property Operations Assist with the day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and follow-up communication Conduct regular property inspections and document maintenance or compliance issues Support move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and tenant documentation Help ensure properties meet company standards, local regulations, and safety requirements Tenant Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests Maintain professional communication with tenants, vendors, and contractors Assist in resolving tenant concerns and escalate issues when necessary Support lease administration, renewals, notices, and occupancy tracking Administrative & Financial Support Assist with rent collection, delinquency tracking, and payment processing Maintain accurate tenant files, property records, and operational reports Support budgeting, invoice processing, and expense tracking Prepare reports related to occupancy, maintenance activity, and operational performance Coordinate vendor documentation, insurance certificates, and service agreements Leasing & Marketing Support Assist with marketing vacant units and coordinating property showings Respond to leasing inquiries and support applicant screening Help maintain online listings and marketing materials Support occupancy goals through proactive tenant retention efforts Qualifications Required Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience in customer service, administration, leasing, hospitality, or property management preferred but not required Familiarity with AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar property management software is a plus Associate or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred but not required Interest in learning property management operations and real estate processes Core Competencies Customer service orientation Attention to detail Problem-solving and conflict resolution Time management and prioritization Professional communication Team collaboration Accountability and reliability Compensation & Benefits Insight Holdings offers a competitive compensation package, including: Competitive base salary plus commissions Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Career growth within a growing organization Work Environment Full-time, on-site role Primarily office-based with regular property visits Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for emergencies or property needs
