Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, guest-focused Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain our properties, and deliver a great experience for tenants and guests. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Guest & Tenant Services Manage check-ins and check-outs Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure units are ready
Property Management:
Maintain cleanliness and overall property condition Coordinate repairs and ongoing maintenance Ensure safety and security procedures are followed
Administrative:
Manage reservations and leasing activity Handle rent collection and payments Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in property management, hospitality, or leasing preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and problem-solve
Compensation:
Commission-based role Earn 50% of the first month's rent for each new tenant placed Earn 7% ongoing monthly management fee on collected rent High earning potential based on number of units and leasing activity
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
