Who We AreAt 80 Acres Farms, we're on a mission to change the way the world eatsand we're looking for people who want to help us do it.
We grow pesticide-free salads, herbs, microgreens, and salad kits in smart vertical farms that produce more food with far fewer resourcesusing up to 95% less water and renewable electricity, with no reliance on weather or seasons. Our produce is available in more than 17,000 retail locations nationwide, including Kroger, Whole Foods, HEB, and The Fresh Market, and reaches food service partners across the country year-round.
What makes this possible is a combination of people, technology, and purpose. Our proprietary growing platform, developed by our technology subsidiary, Infinite Acres, provides our teams with real-time data and control over every aspect of the growing environmentmaking our farms among the most advanced in the world. We operate commercial farms in Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia, Texas, South Carolina, and Colorado, packhouses in Indiana, Virginia, and Washington, and research and development facilities in Arkansas, Israel, and the Netherlands.
We've grown significantly through the acquisitions of Kalera and Soli Organic, and we're just getting started.

The Impact Youll MakeAs the Community & Brand Experience Manager, you are the face of 80 Acres Farms. Youll bridge the gap between our products and our people by owning how the brand shows up in the physical world. From in-store demos to large-scale events, you ensure every interaction is high-quality, purposeful, and designed to drive brand loyalty.
What Youll Be Responsible ForOwn local market brand execution by ensuring all consumer-facing experiences consistently reflect 80 Acres Farms quality and standardsDeliver high-impact sampling and activation programs that drive product trial, awareness, and measurable ROIManage and optimize third-party partners to ensure strong execution, accountability, and continuous improvement in demos and eventsLead event and tradeshow execution from planning through on-site delivery, ensuring a polished and effective brand presenceServe as the voice of the consumer by capturing insights, identifying trends, and sharing feedback to improve products and experiencesEnsure exceptional consumer engagement by delivering timely, thoughtful responses that strengthen brand trust and loyaltyDrive operational excellence in execution across sampling, materials, logistics, and inventory managementPartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Development, and Sales to align brand experiences with broader commercial strategyWhat You Bring (Must-Have)3+ years of experience in consumer experience, brand activation, event marketing, or related fieldExperience managing vendors, events, or field execution programsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel for events and activationsWhat Makes You Successful HereStrong ownership mindset: you take pride in delivering exceptional experiences end-to-endAbility to connect brand strategy to real-world executionStrong interpersonal skills: you represent the brand with authenticity and energyAttention to detail with a focus on quality and consistencyAbility to identify whats working (and whats not) and continuously improveComfort operating in ambiguity and building structure as you goCollaborative approach with cross-functional teamsWorking at 80 Acres FarmsAt 80 Acres Farms, we believe taking care of our people is just as important as taking care of our plants.
