Job Description

Job Summary Zeman Homes is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations of our residential community. This role involves providing outstanding customer service ensuring compliance with housing regulations, and completes operational tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a passion for creating positive resident experiences. Seabird Island is a division of Zeman Homes. Essential Job Duties Ensures residents receive the highest levels of customer service. Handles and resolves resident's issues in a timely and professional manner. Works with maintenance staff to ensure that the preventative maintenance and work orders are completed. Manages the rent collection process, including depositing income from home sites and filing to collect on delinquent debts. Coordinates and manages the existing home inventory, including repairs, leasing, sales, rehabs closings, and follow-up. Oversees the eviction process for your community Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a property management administrative role Prior sales and leasing experience Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational skills Good problem solving skills Professional appearance Computer proficiency, including the internet, and Google suite Reliable transportation for driving the Community for inspections purposes Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hours and on weekends. Pay:
$19.00 per hour
