This full-time, benefits-eligible position oversees the day-to-day management of the property, including direct supervision of maintenance, valet, and concierge teams. This role serves as the primary liaison between residents, the Board of Directors, vendors, and corporate support, ensuring the community is well-maintained, professionally operated, and aligned with association goals. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with the Board of Directors and residents Serve as the primary point of contact for resident concerns, feedback, and communications Attend and facilitate monthly Board meetings; prepare detailed management reports and board packets Coordinate cross-functional efforts across maintenance, valet, and concierge teams to ensure exceptional service delivery Welcome and onboard new residents, ensuring understanding of community policies, amenities, and services Promote a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork Oversee daily property operations, including routine inspections and service coordination Manage vendor relationships, including RFP development, contract negotiation, and performance oversight Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and procedures Oversee capital improvement and maintenance projects, ensuring timely, on-budget completion Review monthly financial statements and provide summaries to the Board Assist with annual budgeting and long-term financial planning Monitor expenses and recommend cost-effective solutions Maintain accurate records in property management systems (work orders, reports, meeting minutes, etc.) Serve as the on-site point of contact for emergencies, coordinating response efforts and communications Qualifications Education & Experience Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Required:
2-5 years of on-site HOA or condominium community management experience Experience in a high-rise or luxury residential environment strongly preferred 0-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong knowledge of HOA/condo operations, board governance, and vendor management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Certifications CMCA preferred; willingness to obtain required Working Conditions Fully on-site role in Grandview Heights, OH Mix of indoor and outdoor responsibilities Frequent walking, standing, and resident interaction Occasional evening meetings and overtime as needed Supervisory Responsibilities Direct oversight of maintenance, valet, and concierge teams Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and performance management Schedule & Benefits Full-time, exempt position Monday - Friday standard schedule
