Job Description

Testa Companies is seeking a part time property manager for a senior housing project in Louisville, Ohio. Duties include but are not limited to: leasing apartments, complying with company policies and procedures, fair housing laws, state landlord/tenant laws and LIHTC rules, greeting residents and handling inquiries, coordinating resident activities, and annual inspections of units. Previous leasing experience is a plus. Schedule is flexible but must work 20-24 hours per week. EOE.
