Job Description

We are looking for a Community Manager to support daily property operations and create a positive experience for residents, tenants, and prospective occupants in Mason, Michigan. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who combines strong leasing knowledge with hands-on property administration and community engagement skills. The person in this role will help maintain occupancy, oversee administrative activities, and contribute to the smooth performance of residential and commercial properties. 100% onsite.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities for assigned residential and commercial properties.
  • Guide prospective residents or tenants through the leasing process, including inquiries, tours, application coordination, and follow-up communication.
  • Build strong relationships within the community by addressing concerns promptly and delivering responsive customer service.
  • Monitor property occupancy, support retention efforts, and assist with initiatives that strengthen resident and tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, lease files, and property data within Yardi Software and other management systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and internal partners to help ensure properties are well maintained and operating efficiently.
  • Support rent collection, reporting, and other property management tasks while following established policies and procedures.
