is a family-owned real estate investment firm managing 330+ units (cabins, apartments, RV lots, residential hotels, and more). We're hiring an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across the portfolio.
What You'll Do:
Manage tenants, maintenance, and property operations Handle move-ins/move-outs, issues, and daily communication Keep systems organized and operations running efficiently
What We Need:
Prior property management experience (required) Ability to work 50+ hours/week across 6 days Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with Excel, DoorLoop or similar systems
Compensation:
Pay based on experience (higher pay for stronger candidates). Flexible hourly or salary structure.
