Job Description

Part-Time Property & Event Manager Needed Location:
Millersburg Schedule:
Part-Time (3-4 days per week) with potential for full-time employment We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to help manage a guest house and small event venue located in Millersburg.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day property operations Manage supplies and inventory Coordinate and assist with hosted events Handle reservations and guest communication (company cell phone provided) Help ensure guests have an excellent overall experience Be on-call during guest stays should any issues arise Assist with weekend events as needed Perform housekeeping and light yard work when necessary
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable handling guest needs and event coordination Flexible availability, including some weekends Previous hospitality, property management, or event experience is a plus, but not required Creative thinker with fresh ideas and the ability to manage projects from start to finish with enthusiasm Pay Based on Experience - Potential to Earn Commission for Event Bookings This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work with room to grow into a full-time position.
