Regional Property Manager Strongsville, OH 44136 From $100,000 a year - Full-time From $100,000 a year - Full-time Overview We're seeking a strong, experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a multifamily property in Cleveland, OH. This role also includes oversight of a portfolio of multifamily properties in the High Point, NC area, requiring biweekly travel (with increased travel frequency during the initial transition period as you get up to speed). This is a high-visibility leadership position for a results-driven professional who can run tight operations, develop strong on-site teams, and deliver consistent performance across multiple assets — including one outside the local market. Duties Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring efficient management of leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Develop and implement regional strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Supervise property staff across locations, providing coaching on conflict management, customer service excellence, and lease/rental agreement management. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor property conditions, coordinate repairs or upgrades, and oversee property maintenance teams. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing systems, and administrative documentation to support audits and compliance efforts. Ensure properties meet standards for maintenance, curb appeal, safety, and compliance Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective action plans as needed Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and cost-efficiency Report on portfolio performance and strategic recommendations to ownership/leadership Experience 10+ years of multifamily property management experience; multi-site or regional experience required. Extensive knowledge of property leasing processes, contracts, landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and Section 8 housing programs. Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships; excellent negotiation skills are essential. Exceptional organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
