We're seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations at an affordable multi-family housing community while creating a resident experience built on service, accountability, and trust. What You'll Do... Oversees daily property operations includes leasing, occupancy, rent collection, and resident relations Ensures compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, Fair Housing, and company standards Manages records, reporting, and property operations using, OneSite, and related systems Coordinates maintenance activities to maintain safe and welcoming communities Conducts leasing activities includes tours, lease execution, and recertifications/renewals Supports administrative and legal processes associated with property operations Builds positive resident relationships and resolves concerns professionally Partners across teams to deliver strong operational outcomes and resident satisfaction
What You Bring Required:
Progressive experience in affordable housing property management with increasing levels of responsibility Demonstrated experience managing affordable housing operations including occupancy, leasing, resident relations, and compliance activities Working knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, Fair Housing, and affordable housing regulations Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong operational and customer service standards Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience using property management software and maintaining accurate operational records
Preferred:
Professional affordable housing certifications including: LIHTC, COS, or similar industry credentials Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or comparable property management platforms Experience leading teams, coaching employees, or coordinating cross-functional operations Certification is not required at hire.
