Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the residential program. Design, implement, and evaluate treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of youth with complex emotional and behavioral challenges. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to residential treatment services. Stay up-to-date with best practices in trauma-informed care, behavioral health interventions, and youth development strategies. Build strong, positive relationships with youth residents, serving as an advocate for their needs and well-being. Foster a structured environment that prioritizes safety, personal growth, and positive interactions for youth. Collaborate with clinical teams to address behavioral issues, providing guidance on intervention techniques. Train and support staff in behavioral intervention techniques to de-escalate situations and promote positive behavioral outcomes. Lead monthly staff meetings, providing opportunities for professional development and training in crisis management, youth engagement, and therapeutic intervention. Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and values. Foster a collaborative, supportive work environment that encourages staff to develop their skills and maintain high performance standards. Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, including health and safety regulations. Monitor and manage the program's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective service delivery. Prepare and submit required reports, including incident reports, performance metrics, and program evaluations. Serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including parents/guardians, government agencies, and community partners. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the physical and emotional safety of all youth. We provide treatment solutions that make a long-lasting difference in the youth we serve. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 3 years service experience working with children or adolescents Strong background in program development and management Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Proven ability in relationship management and administrative tasks Proficiency in budgeting and behavioral health practicesJob Type:
