Job Description

Property Manager Oklahoma City, OK A privately-held multifamily owner-operator is seeking an experienced Property Manager for an apartment community in the Oklahoma City area. The position reports directly to ownership and offers meaningful involvement in operational and financial decision-making. Position Summary The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the property, including leasing, resident relations, financial results, team supervision, and day-to-day operations. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage competing priorities, work effectively with on-site staff, and contribute to the property's long-term performance. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services
  • Develop and execute leasing and marketing plans to maintain strong occupancy
  • Supervise on-site team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Monitor delinquency and manage collections in accordance with applicable laws
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure standards are maintained
  • Review financial reports and assist in preparing budgets
  • Coordinate with vendors and oversee make-ready and turnover processes
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant law, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records, lease files, and required documentation Qualifications
  • Three or more years of multifamily property management experience
  • Prior experience supervising on-site staff
  • Working knowledge of property management software (ResMan, Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or comparable)
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and standard leasing practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual English/Spanish considered a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or degree a plus Compensation and Benefits
