A strict eye for detail is crucial in this role, as you'll monitor departmental KPIs to identity opportunities for improvement, track departmental financials such as overtime and PTO usage, and oversee service hours to prevent budget overages. You'll report directly to the Executive Director and senior leadership partners while maintaining overall accountability for departmental performance through effective delegation and leadership. Strong interpersonal skills will help you thrive here, as you'll work alongside department managers, field staff, case workers, participants, and Oregon state regulatory bodies. The team is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and an ability to maintain a cool head in otherwise stressful scenarios. You'll start this role on-site.
