J Bar J Youth Services is seeking a Resident Monitor Supervisor for our J5 Program , a residential program serving justice-involved youth. In this role, you'll do more than supervise a shift
- you'll help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where young people can develop the skills they need to build successful futures.
As a leader on the floor, you'll guide and support a team of Resident Monitors while working directly with youth. You'll help manage daily operations, respond to challenges with professionalism and compassion, and play a key role in fostering accountability, growth, and positive behavior.
