The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of property management regulations. This role involves engaging with residents, managing leasing processes, and ensuring smooth daily operations to foster a welcoming and well-maintained community environment. Responsibilities Resident event planning. Assist with leasing activities, including property tours, application processing, and lease signing. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating resident information using property management software. Manage resident inquiries via phone and in-person interactions, addressing concerns related to property maintenance, leasing, or community policies. Coordinate property maintenance requests and communicate with facilities management teams to ensure timely resolution. Social media planning and posting. On campus event participation. Promote community engagement, to enhance resident satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
