The successful candidate will personable, sales driven and organized.

Monday•Friday 9:00am•6:00pm

Shift:
Full Time Main Responsibilities:
Oversee and managing the financial and operational facets of the community by completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, reports, and invoices. Assist in collecting rent, fees, and other payments, completing bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations. Implement property management software to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the community. Assist in marketing and leasing efforts. Provide excellent customer service at all times Language Requirement All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum of 1 year experience in a sales and/or leasing role required.
