You know how to keep a property humming, residents happy, vendors accountable, and paperwork under control. You're equal parts problem-solver, communicator, organizer, and community-builder. You don't just manage a property — you ELEVATE it. What You'll Do Be the onsite heartbeat of the community — the go-to person for residents, vendors, and ownership Oversee daily operations, maintenance coordination, and property presentation Manage leasing, renewals, tours, and resident relations with professionalism and warmth Handle notices, rent collection, and compliance with confidence and accuracy Keep the property running smoothly through proactive inspections and follow-through Build a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone who calls the community home What You Bring Minimum 3 years of residential property management experience (required) Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-first mindset Ability to multitask without losing your cool — or your paperwork Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, TenantTech, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) A professional presence with a friendly, approachable style A passion for creating a well-run, resident-focused community Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay based on experience Supportive ownership and leadership A property you can truly take pride in Opportunities for growth and expanded responsibility Proportionate rent credit on a 2 bedroom apartment Sign on bonus
