  • housing included A well-established 55+ manufactured housing community in Oregon is seeking an experienced, compassionate Community Manager. This is a live-on-site position — the right candidate will be a steady, trusted presence for our residents and take genuine pride in managing a close-knit senior community. Knowledge of Oregon manufactured housing law is required. What you'll do
  • Oversee all day-to-day community operations including leasing, move-ins/move-outs, and occupancy
  • Apply and enforce Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Park Act (ORS Chapter 90) regulations and community rules
  • Collect rent, manage delinquency, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Foster positive relationships with senior residents; handle concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Coordinate maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the property remains well-kept
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with state and local housing codes
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed given live-on-site nature of the role Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Oregon manufactured housing law (ORS Ch. 90, ODSA regulations) — this is required, not a plus
  • 2+ years of property or community management experience; MHC experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with senior/55+ populations; patience and empathy are essential
  • Must be willing and able to live on-site (housing provided as part of compensation)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with property management software
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Oregon MHCO or CAM certification a plus Benefits
