Part-time Property Coordinator position available in Seaside, OR (97138)

Part-Time Residential Property Coordinator - Seaside, OR (97138) We are currently looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Residential Property Coordinator to assist with on-site tasks at our residential properties in Seaside, OR . Preference will be given to candidates living in or near the 97138 zip code .

Schedule:

Approximately 10-12 hours per week Increased hours during summer ( 15-20 hours/week ) Flexible schedule with a mix of daytime, evening, and occasional weekend/on-call availability

Responsibilities:

Working alongside a remote property manager (who handles leasing and maintenance coordination), your role will include: Conducting property showings and move-in/move-out inspections Attending court hearings or assisting with tenant lockouts when needed Responding to emergencies (such as leaks, fires, or hazards) within 24 hours Meeting vendors on-site and ensuring work is completed properly Taking before-and-after photos to document completed tasks Handling small on-site tasks such as lock changes, minor moves, and supply runs Managing trash bins weekly (taking them out and returning them after pickup)

Requirements:

Ability to respond quickly to urgent situations Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Property management experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

$18-$22 per hour , depending on experience Hours tracked through time management software
