Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic manager (or team) to oversee the lease-up of a new property in Troutdale. As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences. Compensation includes the full rent credit for a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment of $1,644.00. In addition, the monthly salary will be $3,556.00. Eligible for lease-up bonuses as follows: (1 unit = $50.00, 2 units + $55.00, 3 units = $60.00, etc.) Additional bonuses of $1,000.00 at 90% occupancy and at 95%. Schedule is flexible but does require availability on weekends.
Duties will include:
Rent collection Responding to maintenance requests Scheduling vendors Marketing vacancies Providing tours and applications to prospective residents Maintaining the property appearance Issuing notices Maintaining communication with residents Whether you are experienced or just getting started in the industry, we may have a place for you. We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens' policies. You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
