Job Description:

Our client, a growing commercial property management firm, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support their Operations team. This role is based primarily in Allentown, PA with weekly travel to Media, PA, and is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. About the Job Support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of commercial office properties, including tenant relations, financial reporting, and facilities coordination Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and service providers across office and retail environments Review and track tenant and vendor insurance certificates to ensure compliance standards are met Assist with lease administration, including billing activities, rent collection, tenant compliance, and enforcement of lease terms when necessary Contribute to budgeting and reporting efforts, including monthly, annual, sales, and accounts receivable reporting Monitor market trends, local demographics, and competitive activity to support internal strategy and marketing initiatives Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely tracking of expenses Assist with oversight of tenant construction projects to ensure alignment with approved plans and property standards Coordinate maintenance and repair efforts to ensure all building systems remain operational, safe, and compliant with regulations Respond to property-related incidents and assist with documentation and follow-up reporting Engage with local municipalities, organizations, and community stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives About You 3+ years of progressive experience in commercial property management Bachelor's degree in a related field required Experience with MRI software preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and internal teams Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfortable communicating with tenants as needed This role offers a full-time, onsite schedule based primarily in Allentown, PA with weekly travel to Media, PA.
