Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily residential community. This leadership role is responsible for property performance, resident satisfaction, leasing operations, financial management, staff development, and regulatory compliance. The Community Manager serves as the primary on-site leader and works closely with ownership and asset management to achieve occupancy, revenue, and operational goals while maintaining exceptional resident experiences. Qualifications Required Qualifications 2-3+ years of multifamily property management experience. Experience supervisingmaintenance teams, leasing consultants, or on-site staff. Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, or similar property management software. Experience managing communities of 100+ units. Budgeting, reporting, and financial management experience. Leasing, resident retention, and occupancy management experience.
