Job Description

Property Manager We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to lead the daily operations of our community. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of overseeing both leasing and maintenance teams while ensuring excellent resident satisfaction and property performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, direction, and support to leasing and maintenance staff. Oversee all property operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing strategies, resident retention, and marketing initiatives. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance operations to ensure timely completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep. Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize property profitability. Foster positive resident relationships and promptly resolve concerns. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal, safety, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management, including supervision of leasing and maintenance teams. Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of fair housing regulations and property management best practices. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
