Full-time, varied shifts including weekends and holidays Overview Jento Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and reliable Program Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a residential group home serving individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and maintaining a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment that promotes dignity, independence, and overall well-being. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record Reliable transportation required High school diploma or GED required Resume must clearly demonstrate prior experience in residential group homes, direct care, and/or supervisory roles working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health needs Previous supervisory experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Strong reading, writing, and communication skills Must pass a physical exam and all required background clearances Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the group home to ensure consistent 24/7 care Supervise, train, and support direct care staff Coordinate and monitor individualized care plans and ensure program compliance Respond promptly to incidents, staffing needs, and individual concerns Maintain accurate documentation, including shift logs, care notes, and petty cash records Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and regulatory procedures Provide hands-on support, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, and behavioral needs Administer medications in accordance with training and company policies Participate in licensing surveys, audits, and program improvement initiatives Communicate effectively with families, staff, and external partners Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked home environment Equipment Used Mechanical and manual lifts (including Hoyer lifts), wheelchairs, adjustable beds, medical equipment, office systems, and company vehicles Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and experienced in leading teams within a residential care setting.
