Experience:

Background in affordable housing (HUD/Project-Based Section 8) is a major plus.

Leadership:

Mindset:

Strong financial awareness coupled with a "resident-first" attitude. Requirements Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. PA Real Estate License or willing to obtain within one year of employment.
