Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Multi Unit Apartment Property. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two year's property management experience of managing tenant relations, maintaining properties, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Oversee tenant relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving conflicts professionally.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Negotiate leases, rental agreements, and contracts with tenants and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities.
  • Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
  • Stay updated on local rental market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the legal team on lease agreements, evictions, and other legal matters.
Skills:
  • Experience in facilities management and real estate administrative tasks.
  • Strong negotiation skills to handle lease agreements and vendor contracts effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including office management and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to manage conflict resolution with tenants and vendors professionally.
  • Knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to property management contracts.
