As a full-service design-build company, we offer both commercial and residential expertise across Central PA and beyond. About the position... We are in search of an Assistant Property Manager who will provide professional support to the Property Manager to ensure the daily operations and overall management of assigned residential communities run efficiently. This role be responsible for maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction, uphold property standards, and support leasing, financial, and administrative functions. We are looking to fill this position with our Avery Square team. This position supports multiple properties and will require regular travel between office locations in Manheim & Middletown to meet operational needs. Assist in addressing resident issues, complaints, and payment processing. Assist in processing invoices as necessary. Assist with creating monthly reports including but not limited to renewals, resident events, and property performance and financials. Responsible for the administration of resident's ledgers/accounts. Responsible for the renewal process. Attend court hearings and prepare and file court paperwork for evictions or lease violations with (MDJ) Magisterial District Judge(s). Assist in validating prospect/resident rental eligibility using the designated background verification process. Assists Leasing staff with make ready/move-in inspections, thank you notes, approval and FCRA letters, phone calls, scheduling lease signings, etc. Coordinates move ins and move outs with the maintenance team. Operates under all Fair Housing Laws and Privacy Laws. Assists in preparing maintenance service request submissions for residents. What we are looking for from you... Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance Minimum of 3 years' in the Leasing or Property Management industry is required Must have strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat Experience using Yardi and CRM is highly preferred Pennsylvania State Real Estate Sales Person License is welcome Demonstrates flexibility with hours and days worked
