Job Description:
The Assistant Property Managers will be responsible under the direction of the Property Manager for many aspects of the community. This position is responsible for interacting with current and prospective residents who have questions or concerns, being highly organized, having exceptional customer service skills, and being comfortable and passionate about the property management industry.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain community relationships. Perform prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and applicants. Actively participate in marketing of the community to maximize occupancy. Follow up and report on rent delinquencies for specific residents as required. Adhere to all state, government, and local requirements to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines. Adaptable to changing circumstances and a fast-paced environment. Assumes leadership role of the property in the absence of the Property Manager.
Education:
High School Experience:
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license. Completed High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Computer proficiency, including the internet and experience using Yardi preferred
