Job DescriptionThe Systems and Integrations Managers primary responsibility is to integrate new properties to our Property Management System (PMS) and serve as the liaison between team members and our software provider. As well as serving as the supervisor of the ongoing operational system, keeping up to date with new capabilities and identifying new resources within the software platform to the properties and corporate team. The Systems and Integration Manager reports to the Director of Innovation.

ResponsibilitiesIntegrate new properties with the software platformSpearhead data and PMS migration upon sale/transfer of assets. Act as a supervisory point of contact for user questions to ensure they are addressed and/or tickets are submitted or escalatedSupervise the ticket system and oversee KPIs for the Systems SpecialistResponsible for operating MRI, Yardi, Entrata, Bluemoon, and Funnel but not limited to other system oversight relating to both operational and leasing needs and integrationsWork with the Director of Innovation to escalate any systems issuesMaintain GMH standards and process in the property management systemImplement new techniques and capabilities within the platform as they become availableCollaborate with Director of Innovation & VP of Leasing and Operations to create SOPs and support development of e-learning content, training events, and modifications to current learning programsPrepare and ensure accurate and timely property reportingAssist on billing errors, audits, real time data, and financial reporting when it pertains to the systemUpdate and maintain user databaseOversee and manage the Systems Specialist roleRequirementsBachelors degree or 5+ years of experience with student/multi-family housing software, including Entrata & Yardi5+ years of experience in a management/education role with a proven track record of achievementsAnalytical and decision-making skillsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteMust have good communication and people skills, coupled with an ability to educateMust be able to accommodate and work through multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency over assigned tasksA passion to serve and grow colleagues & team membersPhysical DemandsThis role requires the ability to perform work in both office and on-site property environments, with frequent travel to assigned locations.

Ability to travel to multiple property locations as required, including during peak operational periods such as student move-in and move-out (turn) seasons Ability to move throughout residential and commercial properties for extended periods while supporting on-site operations Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to approximately 2540 pounds as part of operational and turn-related activities Frequent mobility required, including the ability to navigate stairs, walkways, residential buildings, and outdoor areas; some property locations may not be equipped with elevator access Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours during peak operational periods, which may include evenings, weekends, and seasonal turnover events Ability to communicate effectively in person in a variety of environments, including high-traffic operational settings Regular use of standard office equipment and technology, including laptops and mobile devices, in both office and on-site settings#COMM123
