Property Manager (Affordable Housing | LIHTC Required | Multi-Site) Jenkintown & Conshohocken, PA $62,000 - $65,000 + Performance Bonus Lead Two Communities. Drive Performance. Make an Impact. We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Property Manager to oversee a multi-site affordable housing portfolio consisting of: Jenkintown, PA - 64-unit Senior Community Conshohocken, PA - 62-unit Senior Community This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for day-to-day operations, financial performance, compliance, and resident satisfaction across both communities. If you bring strong LIHTC expertise, leadership ability, and operational discipline , this is your opportunity to step into a stable, well-structured portfolio with immediate influence . What You'll Do Financial & Operational Leadership Drive rent collection, occupancy, and financial performance Manage budgets, rent rolls, bad debt, and lease renewals Oversee accounts payable and expense control Maximize revenue while ensuring full

compliance Property & Maintenance Oversight Conduct routine inspections to maintain asset quality Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns Ensure properties remain inspection-ready at all times Partner on capital improvements and cost-saving strategies Resident Experience & Compliance Deliver exceptional resident service and retention strategies Manage waitlists, recertifications, and leasing compliance Maintain strict adherence to LIHTC, HUD, and Fair Housing regulations Team Leadership Lead and support on-site staff (admin + maintenance) Foster a culture of accountability, service, and professionalism Train team on compliance, operations, and systems (RealPage OneSite) What You Bring ✔ 3+ years of Property Management experience (REQUIRED) ✔ Affordable Housing experience (LIHTC
REQUIRED
) ✔ Strong knowledge of HUD, Section 8, and compliance regulations ✔ Experience managing financial performance and occupancy goals ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ✔ Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar software (preferred) ✔ Ability to manage multi-site operations efficiently
Schedule Monday-Friday:
