Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $80,000 a year 2 days ago Qualifications Contract management Staff supervision Landscape maintenance Team supervision Driver's License Contracts Property management Board relations Full Job Description Hourly position Monday through Friday from 630a-5p with occasional Saturdays Overview of Qualifications Candidate will have an established knowledge of landscaping best practices and the communication skills necessary to convey daily tasks to Foreman and Laborers overseeing the maintenance of assigned properties. Candidate will have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Supervisors will have the ability to develop a rapport with the managing staff and HOA board at assigned properties in order to obtain information necessary for a successful partnership between the property and FSTL as their service provider. Candidate will have a history of punctuality, dependability and leadership.

Tasks:

Serve as an extension of FSTL Management and will participate in scheduling, planning and executing contract and proposal work. Act as a liaison between FSTL and assigned properties. Understand the contract specifications and be able to communicate what is covered under a contract and what requires proposal work. Ensure all properties are up to spec and when they are not, coach crews on what needs to be fixed. Supervisors will at times, need to perform work themselves at assigned properties. Our goal is customer satisfaction and retention! Train under management to understand the bidding and pricing philosophies at FSTL Deliver proposals to assigned customers for approval and oversee all work. The more you sell, the more you make! Be on-call 24/7 during our snow service months. Complete weekly status reports on all assigned properties and be ready to present them weekly to management on Friday mornings.

Additional:

Be on-time for all work and work related functions. You are a leader and must set an example. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. You represent FSTL at all of our properties. Be able to advise on daily schedule and prepare crews for work. At times you may be required to open up the shop for the day. Be able to identify and communicate to management, employees who are exceeding expectations as well as those who are not meeting minimum expectations of FSTL.
