Part-Time Property Manager

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. Evaluate and address customer storage requirements, recommending supplies and insurance options. Manage all aspects of leasing storage units, including document preparation and execution. Meet financial goals through rent collection, budget forecasting, and managing expenses. Ensure property upkeep by resolving problems, coordinating repairs, and upholding supreme cleanliness standards. Generate reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Contribute to the organization's success by taking responsibility for various tasks and seeking ways to enhance job performance and company value. Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales. A High School diploma/GED equivalent; higher education is a plus. Capable of performing basic maintenance tasks. Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite, with the willingness to learn new software. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Regular availability to work on Saturdays.
