Community Living Manager STATUS:
Full Time; 40 hours / week
SCHEDULE
40 hours per week Flexible to meet the department needs
LOCATION
Wilkinsburg, Penn Hills and Monroeville Milestone Centers, a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is a nonprofit, community-based human services agency supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges and intellectual & developmental disabilities in communities throughout Western Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
This position provides daily oversight and technical assistance to associates, clients and families regarding residential placements (community living homes) and services and it provides direct care to clients residing within Milestone Intellectual, Disabilities and Autism (I&DA) residential program. Daily operations of homes Staff supervision and training Performing on-call responsibilities as assigned Maintain appearance and cleanliness of home(s) Vehicle and equipment maintenance Compliance with Milestone Operational and agency specific Personnel Policies and Procedures and Partners for Quality (PFQ) Corporate Personnel Policies and Procedures Compliance with 6400 Regulations and the Office of Developmental Program (ODP) Medication Administration Guidelines Knowledge and understanding with Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) program standards Quality Management and Planning Incorporating the Agency's Vision, Mission and Values into daily routine Coordinating and monitoring of individuals' finances Communicate effectively with all levels of staff Completion of Professional Development Plans for all assigned staff Review and submit service notes in line with the state regulations to ensure accurate billing: provide training to staff on creating a quality service note Handles client and staff emergencies. Provides on-call coverage as needed. Monitors the home supervised outside of the regular workday. Perform other duties as assigned.

EOE Qualifications:
High School diploma / GED and one (1) year experience providing services and support to people with intellectual disabilities and / or Autism OR Associates degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and six (6) months experience providing services and support to people with intellectual disabilities and / or Autism OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university One (1) year experience in residential programs One (1) year management experience preferred Excellent communication and writing skills Excellent references, both work and personal CPR, First Aid Act 34 Clearance and FBI clearance, if applicable Obtain and maintain ODP Medication Administration certification Obtain and maintain Practicum Observer certification Valid PA Driver's license and acceptable driving record
Minimum Compensation:
USD $50,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Compensation:
USD $50,000.00/Yr.
