Administrative Assistant - HOA & Condominium Management SCL Property Management (SCLPM) Pompano Beach, Florida (On-Site) $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Full-Time or Part-Time Join a Growing Property Management Company SCL Property Management (SCLPM) is a growing full-service property management company serving condominium and homeowners associations throughout South Florida. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, proactive management, and innovative solutions that help communities thrive. We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Community Association Managers (CAMs) and assist in the day-to-day operations of our growing portfolio of condominium and homeowners associations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and is looking for long-term growth opportunities within the property management industry. What You'll Do As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our management team, Board Members, homeowners, residents, and vendors while helping ensure the efficient operation of the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to resident inquiries professionally and promptly Coordinate maintenance requests and track work order completion Maintain accurate resident records, databases, and association files Prepare and distribute community notices, correspondence, newsletters, and official communications Assist with covenant violation tracking, correspondence, and follow-up Support Community Association Managers with administrative and operational tasks Coordinate vendor scheduling and assist with project tracking Organize and maintain office records, logs, and documentation Assist with Board meeting preparation, agendas, minutes, and community events Provide exceptional customer service to residents, homeowners, Board Members, and vendors Assist with special projects and company initiatives as needed QualificationsRequired Qualifications Previous administrative experience required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset Ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and Board Members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in HOA, condominium, community association, or property management Familiarity with property management software platforms Bilingual English/French Canadian communication skills Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License is a strong asset Knowledge of Florida condominium and homeowners association operations is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-focused environment.
