WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support Community Operators with daily administrative tasks and homeowner communications Respond to homeowner inquiries, emails, and service requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with CC&R violation tracking, notice preparation, and hearing scheduling Maintain accurate records in the HOA management software Help coordinate and follow up on maintenance work orders Assist with board meeting preparation, including packet assembly and agenda distribution Step in for Community Operators during absences or high-volume periods Grow steadily toward a full Community Operator role and the responsibilities that come with it
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Prior HOA experience is a bonus but not required — Ptarmigan trains and develops from within.

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
Starting pay: $19-$26 per hour depending on experience. This is a part-time role (25-30 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time as the role and the team member grow together. A full-time position may be available. Compensation grows with the role. Currently a remote position, with the potential to transition to hybrid or in-person. PTO available for full-time employees. 401(k) eligibility begins after one year.
