Assistant Property Manager

Property Management Assistant (1099 - Commission-Based) Mika Realty Hawaii | Oahu Mika Realty Hawaii is seeking a reliable and motivated Property Management Assistant to support our growing operations. This is an assistive role , working directly with the Principal Broker and team to help manage residential and commercial properties across Oahu.

What You'll Do:

Assist with tenant communication, leasing support, and daily operations Coordinate maintenance requests, showings, and inspections Maintain records using Rentec Direct and AppFolio Provide administrative and field support as needed

What We're Looking For:

Active Hawaii Real Estate License in good standing Organized, proactive, and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation required

Compensation:

1099 Independent Contractor Commission-based only Opportunity to grow within a local Hawaii brokerage If you're looking to gain hands-on experience in property management and be part of a growing team, we'd love to connect.
