Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic property management team as an Assistant Property Manager (California real estate license is a must) and play a vital role in overseeing residential communities with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. In this role, you will support the property management team in maintaining exceptional service, maintaining and growing property portfolio. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members alike. Duties Assist in managing day-to-day operations of residential properties, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination Handle leasing activities such as showing units, upselling amenities or services, and negotiating lease agreements Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and legal administrative documentation related to tenant files and contracts Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette, conflict management, and resolving resident concerns promptly Skills Proficiency with Appfolio & Asana Experience in real estate administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, contract management, and legal documentation Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively while adhering to legal standards Conflict resolution skills combined with professional phone etiquette for handling resident inquiries or disputes Familiarity with property leasing processes, property maintenance coordination, facilities management practices, and upselling opportunities This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to advance their career in property management who have a California real estate license.
