Duties Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the brokerage, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to all legal and regulatory standards Oversee licensing, compliance, and licensing renewal processes in accordance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings, attract clients, and grow the brokerage's brand presence Provide guidance on negotiation tactics to facilitate successful transactions for clients and agents alike Support agents with sales strategies, customer service excellence, and property management best practices Ensure effective communication within the team, fostering a positive environment that encourages professional development Maintain organizational records, manage administrative tasks, and oversee property transactions from listing to closing Technology & Innovation Support implementation of CRM, marketing automation, AI, and transaction management systems. Help create a modern, technology-enabled brokerage platform. Requirements Proven experience as a managing broker or broker of record within the real estate industry Strong knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and ethical standards governing property transactions Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred Demonstrated expertise in marketing, sales, customer service, and property management Solid organizational skills with experience managing administrative functions related to real estate operations Background in real estate administrative tasks such as licensing compliance, transaction coordination, and legal documentation Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Join us in shaping vibrant communities by leading with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
