Job Summary Full-Time | Year-Round Position Todd's Services is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team in Hamburg, Michigan. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with at least 3 years of experience in the commercial landscape industry (both green season and winter operations) who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving sales growth. Duties Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts Execute contracts for prospective projects before work begins Drive commercial enhancement sales by identifying and offering additional services Conduct regular client walk-throughs to ensure expectations are met Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective clients Participate in weekly sales and operations meetings Assist with snow and ice management services during winter season Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial landscape industry (green season and winter operations required) Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively Valid Driver's License College degree preferred, but not required Join us as an Account Manager where your energy fuels growth!
