We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and financial performance of assigned commercial properties. Position Summary The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, tenant relations, financial reporting, and operational success of a portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to property operations and tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties including office, retail, and/or industrial assets Maintain positive tenant relationships and respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services Oversee service contracts and ensure vendor compliance and performance Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and monitor expenses Review rent rolls, accounts receivable, CAM reconciliations, and financial reports Conduct regular property inspections to ensure appearance, safety, and compliance standards Assist with lease administration and tenant move-ins/move-outs Work closely with ownership and accounting teams to maximize property performance Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Support leasing efforts and tenant retention initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of commercial property management experience preferred Strong understanding of commercial leases, CAM reconciliations, and property operations Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred CPM, RPA, or real estate license required What We Offer Competitive compensation package Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Growth opportunities within a nationally expanding organization Apply Today If you are a driven professional with a passion for commercial real estate and property operations, we would love to hear from you.
