  • Full-time Community Association Manager / Assistant Community Manager LCAM License Required Professional Bayway Management (PBM) | Tampa Bay, FL | Full-Time Why PBM?
At Professional Bayway Management, we believe great community management starts with great managers. That means giving you the support, the autonomy, and the career foundation to do your best work. We are a long-standing, locally rooted community association management firm serving condominium and HOA communities throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. We have built our reputation on strong client relationships, consistent execution, and a service-driven approach that our communities rely on year after year. What makes us different is how we treat the people behind that reputation: our managers. When you join PBM, you are not handed a portfolio and left to figure it out on your own. You are backed by experienced leadership and a dedicated accounting team that handles the financial heavy lifting so you can focus on what you do best: serving your communities and building relationships that last. We are a firm where your expertise is respected, your voice matters, and your career has room to grow. If you are looking for a long-term career home in community association management, not just another job, we want to hear from you. If you have more than three years of direct community association management experience, you will step directly into a full Community Manager role. You will be assigned a portfolio of communities and operate with genuine autonomy, fully supported by PBM's leadership and accounting departments. Your experience will be recognized from day one.
Starting salary:
$70,000 or higher (up to $77,500), commensurate with experience and portfolio scope. Emerging Manager Track (Assistant Community Manager) If you are a newly licensed LCAM or have one year or less of experience, this track is designed specifically for you. You will work closely alongside a Senior Manager in a structured mentorship environment, gaining hands-on experience across financial management, vendor coordination, Board relations, and community operations. You will have a clear, defined path to advancing into a full Community Manager role.
Starting salary:
$65,000, with structured milestones for advancement and salary growth. What You Will Do As a Community Manager at PBM, your days will be varied and meaningful. You will serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison for your assigned Boards of Directors, guiding them through everything from annual budget planning and capital improvement projects to day-to-day operational decisions. You will oversee vendor relationships, coordinate maintenance and property inspections, ensure community compliance with governing documents, and facilitate organized, productive Board and membership meetings. You will also be the steady, professional presence that homeowners and Board members turn to when they need answers. What You Bring An active Florida LCAM license is required for this position. Beyond that, we are looking for someone with a warm, confident, and approachable communication style, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing their composure. Experience with community management software and financial reporting is a plus. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely cares about the communities they serve and takes pride in doing the job well. Compensation and Benefits We know that attracting talented professionals means offering a package that supports your life inside and outside of work.
Here is what PBM offers:
