We're a growing HOA and condominium management company serving Ohio and Northern Kentucky. We're looking for an experienced Community Association Manager to join our team and support communities in our Dayton Region . Founded in 2017, Eclipse is built on four principles that shape how we operate every day: Partnership Oriented — We treat boards as partners, not clients. We don't sell in-house landscaping, maintenance, or snow removal, and we don't accept solicitations or gifts from vendors. That independence means our managers can advocate for communities without conflicts of interest. Data Driven — We invest in best-in-class software purpose-built for community association management. Real-time access to data and comprehensive monthly reporting give you the information needed to make good decisions, without the workarounds that come from repurposed property management tools. Locally Based — We're locally owned and operated. No national call centers, no corporate noise, no shareholders in another state setting your priorities. Decisions get made by people who live and work in the communities we serve. Focused Attention — We exclusively manage homeowner and condominium associations. No apartments, no rentals, no commercial properties, no split focus. This is a hybrid role based from your home office, with regular visits to the communities you serve. Eclipse provides the structure, systems, and support team you need to succeed.
