Community Housing Assistant - ( 26927 ) Description Community Housing Assistant Earn £13.45 ph, £26,300 per annum and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Temporary (Fixed term until 01/03/2027), full time (37.5 hpw), hybrid working Durham Home, a place where you belong This is a great job opportunity to join Home Groups awesome housing team in Allocations & Lettings. What you'll do Manage Housing applications for new and existing customers in the region. Support housing managers with their patches to improve waiting lists and property demand. Handle tasks like managing voids, terminations and digital house files. Complete and record salesforce contacts. The practical bits You'll be based in Belmont Business Park, Durham Hybrid role with minimum 1 day in the office, 4 days working at home.
