This is a full-time position with hybrid work options available. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of assigned condominium properties Coordinate with internal departments: customer service, accounting, insurance, engineering, and facilities Conduct regular communication with condo boards and trustees Attend and lead trustee and owner meetings (in-person or via video conference) Oversee maintenance requests and capital improvement projects Draft notices and enforce association rules and regulations Assist with administrative review of condominium documents Maintain compliance with company standards and client expectations Qualifications Proven experience in condominium property management Familiarity with CAI coursework and industry best practices Strong understanding of financial reports and building maintenance Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties Reliable transportation Fluent in English Proficient in property management software and general computer skills 3 years plus as a condominium property manager Benefits Competitive salary with bonus pay for project incentives 401(k) retirement plan Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Professional development opportunities
