Full Job Description Director of Community Living Pay:

$28.50 Are you a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? At Goldie Floberg Center, our Directors of Community Living play a critical role in leading teams, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, and ensuring high-quality care across our residential programs.

What You'll Do:

You'll oversee the daily operations of CILA and Children's Group Homes, ensuring safe, structured, and person-centered environments. This role combines leadership, direct support, and program oversight—you won't just manage from a desk, you'll be actively involved in the homes and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Direct Support Professionals and Program Schedulers. Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and daily operations across assigned homes Train, coach, and hold staff accountable to performance standards Monitor site conditions and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Participate in CST meetings, incident reviews, and admissions/discharges Oversee community outings, dietary programming, and individual supports Step in to support shifts (including DSP duties) when needed

Schedule & Expectations:

Full-time position (minimum40 hours/week) Flexible scheduling Shared after hours on-call rotation. Frequent travel between homesrequired

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or GED (required) Supervisory experience preferred Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Ability to support individuals with behavioral and personal care needs Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a physically active role (lifting, standing, supporting individuals) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
